Here are a few tips for living on the road from Shawn Bennett:
- Wet Wipes: these will be a treasured item when you need a quick clean up of your hands or just to refresh your face. They're also pretty helpful to combat the abrasive truck stop toilet paper...LOL
- Truck Stop Showers: Always remember your shower shoes for one. Also, try to shower in the mid-day. There are less people then and less of a wait.
- Eat lots of veggies, fruit and meats high in protein. However, try to stay away from red meat. Sitting in a truck for hours makes it hard for your system to digest and burn it off.
