The world we live in is constantly changing and has become adaptive to the different signs of the times. Truck driving was accepted to be a man's job until 1929, when the first woman truck driver, Lillie Elizabeth Drennan, hit the open road.  Since then, more career opportunities have been created for women in the trucking profession and it is no longer uncommon to see a woman behind the wheel of a big rig.
